Grassroots Grants Celebratory Conference

The Grassroots Grants programme has now been directing funds to great local community projects for almost a year and a half …. so we thought it must be time to celebrate!!

Therefore, thanks partly to a Modernisation Fund bid we are delighted to announce that on Wednesday 24th March at Alford Hall, Manchester Road we are organising the first ever Grass Roots Grant Conference, especially for everyone who has successfully bid for their part of the Grassroots Grant pot since the very first Assessment Panel was held in November 2008.

* The risks of different ways of saving

* Where to go for more help or information
