Learning Difficulties Advocacy
Jeneen Mullen works as the advocate for adults with Learning Difficulties.
Jeneen will :
- help you to make your own choice about decisions in your life
- listen to you and be honest with you
- give you information and help you understand your rights
- keep everything that you tell her private
Jeneen can :
- Go to meetings with you to make sure people know what you want
- Help you complain about things
- Write letters and make telephone calls for you
- Talk to other people for you like social care and health services
- Find information for you and support you to understand it
Jeneen WILL NOT :
- Do anything without asking you first
- Make you feel bad about your problems or judge you
- Tell you what to do or decide things for you
- Will not give legal advice
