Learning Difficulties Advocacy

Jeneen Mullen works as the advocate for adults with Learning Difficulties.

Jeneen will :

  • help you to make your own choice about decisions in your life
  • listen to you and be honest with you
  • give you information and help you understand your rights
  • keep everything that you tell her private

Jeneen can :

  • Go to meetings with you to make sure people know what you want
  • Help you complain about things
  • Write letters and make telephone calls for you
  • Talk to other people for you like social care and health services
  • Find information for you and support you to understand it

Jeneen WILL NOT :

  • Do anything without asking you first
  • Make you feel bad about your problems or judge you
  • Tell you what to do or decide things for you
  • Will not give legal advice
