The Lavender Hill Project

The Lavender Hill Project is a joint venture between the CVS, Warrington Disability Partnership and Warrington Borough Council to provide support to people over the age of 50 who are, or very soon will be, out of work.

It offers a joined-up approach through a single gateway to a range of services.

Some are obvious such as help with drafting a CV or completing an application form while others which will be available, may not spring so easily to mind.

These include:-

Money advice and debt management

Relationships advice

Health, including mental health advice

Training and reskilling opportunities

Volunteering opportunities

To be eligible for this free support you need to be:-

Over 50, but no upper age limit

Out of work, or just about to be

Seeking further full or part time employment

Living in Warrington
